dB Broadcast’s expertise includes broadcast systems design, project management, installation, service migration and working on live systems, with consultancy and after sales client support further adding to the company’s portfolio. dB has carried out hundreds of installations all over the world.

The large permanent team, plus regular contractors, are expert in broadcast system design and installation projects, from complete turnkey TV and radio studio projects to playout, transmission systems and OB vehicles.

dB Broadcast also designs and manufactures products for the broadcast industry including: Cardinal range of mains distribution units (MDUs), Hawkeye for switching and monitoring all types of broadcast signals, MERlin DVB-T2 and DVB-T monitoring receivers, Showman multi-standard analogue TV receiver/demodulator and bespoke products to customer specific requirements.

Operating from brand new purpose-built headquarters in Cambridgeshire UK opened in 2020, and with internal floor space of around 2,300 sq.m (25,000 sq.ft.) split over two floors, dB Broadcast has ample space to prefabricate, host, test and commission broadcast systems for its worldwide client base. The warehouse, workshop area, dedicated racks room and test/support areas have been purpose designed and built for the development, prefabrication and configuration of advanced broadcast systems.
